How to Become a Sexy Woman?

Want to know the secret to becoming a sexy woman?

Here’s what it’s NOT:

  • Wearing super short skirts and stripper heels
  • Putting on huge breast forms
  • Pouting your lips and sticking your butt out

True sexiness is a state of mind!

There are lots of small things you can do to boost your feminine sex appeal – without crossing the line from sexy to slutty.

Here are 4 must-try tips:

1. Wear Red

Color is a huge part of the impression you make on people. Each color has a meaning that is communicated on a subconscious level.

Without a doubt, RED is the sexiest color of all!

Red is associated with passion, desire, and love – so wear red to increase your feminine sex appeal. Even a few touches of red (like a red bag or heels) will put you in touch with your sensuous side.

2. Try a Sexy Workout

A fit, toned body is undeniably sexy. But that doesn’t mean you need to spend hours on a boring treadmill.

Instead, why not try a “sexy workout?”

Belly dancing, pole dancing, or cardio striptease will help you burn calories while channeling your inner seductress. These workouts will also help you achieve more feminine and fluid body movements.

Here are some sexy workouts to try:

3. Wear Sexy Lingerie

It’s hard NOT to feel sexy in a pretty bra and panties.

Even if you don’t plan to show off your underwear, wearing sexy lingerie under your clothes will make you feel more seductive and confident.

You should also get rid of any lingerie that doesn’t add to your sex appeal. This includes anything that’s worn out or that doesn’t fit properly. If it doesn’t make you feel hot, don’t keep it!

4. Make Seductive Eye Contact

The way you make eye contact communicates your level of confidence, femininity, and sex appeal.

It’s important to make eye contact, but at the same time, you don’t want to overdo it.

Here are 3 seductive eye contact skills to practice:

  • Look people in the eye, but break contact every 5 seconds or so. Staring too intensely can creep people out.
  • Try the triangle technique. When you are listening to somebody, look at one eye for 5 seconds, then the other eye for 5 seconds, and finally the mouth for 5 seconds. Continue rotating your gaze in this pattern.
  • Look from the side. To appear more flirtatious, try a sideways glance instead of looking at somebody straight on. Do this while smiling and raising the eyebrows slightly.

What makes YOU look and feel your sexiest?

I’d love to hear your thoughts on this hot topic, so be sure to leave a comment below!

Jessica

How to Walk Like a Woman - MTF

Your walk is a critical aspect of your feminine image. Unfortunately, it’s easy to go from one extreme (a masculine walk) to the other (over-exaggerated hip swinging).

How can you find a happy medium as you master your feminine movements? Read on for 3 simple tips to help you achieve a natural, womanly walk.

1. Try the Hip Matrix

A big difference between men and women is that women tend to have more fluid body movements.

That means you can sway your hips all you want – but until you learn how to “loosen up,” your feminine walk will always look stiff and unnatural.

The Hip Matrix can help with this. Created by movement specialist Rob Brinded, the Hip Matrix exercise is designed to release tension and free up your body movements so you can achieve a flowing, feminine walk.

Watch the video above and then try it for yourself. If you compare your walk before and after, I promise you’ll be amazed by the difference! (Learn more about Rob’s approach to feminine movement in my Stepping Out Secrets Program.)

2. Practice in High Heels

variety of colored high heels

Women have a lower center of gravity than men due to their wider hips. This creates that sexy hip sway that’s characteristic of a feminine walk.

Forcing your hips to sway usually looks unnatural. Instead, practice walking in high heels. High heels change your center of gravity and exaggerate the forward curve of your spine. This helps release the hips, which naturally feminizes your movements.

You can enhance this effect by trying to keep your shoulders still as you walk. This forces you to use your hips for balance.

Once you’ve mastered hip walking in heels, practice the same movements in flat shoes.

3. Shorten Your Stride

in jeans and red high heels

Shortening your stride is another easy and effective way to feminize your walk.

The average woman’s step length (the distance from the toe of one foot to the toe of the opposite foot) is 26”. So if you want to be scientific about it, get out a ruler and measure your steps! Your natural stride is probably longer, so work on taking shorter steps.

Note: The higher your heels are, the shorter your steps should be.

Conclusion

There are other subtle elements that define a feminine walk, but these tips are a great place to start. Give them a try and let me know what you think!

I’d also love to hear about any other movement tips or techniques you’ve found helpful. Please share in the comments below.

Belly-Flattening Fashion Tricks for MTF

An attractive waist-to-hip ratio is an important symbol of feminine beauty.

Does that mean all hope is lost if your tummy is your trouble spot?

Absolutely not! For an instant fix, just work a few strategic tummy-trimming and waistline-slimming looks into your wardrobe.

Aside from making you look thinner, these will also help create a more feminine, hourglass shape.

Keep reading for my top 7 belly-flattening fashion tricks for crossdressers and MTF transgender women:

Trick #1: Wear a Shaping Camisole

Corsets and girdles will certainly pull you in, but they’re not very comfortable for daily wear.

Instead, wear a shaping camisole under your clothes. It’s a wonderful alternative for trimming inches from your waist and belly – while still allowing you to breath.

Trick #2: Try a Tummy-Minimizing Peplum

peplum blouses

Peplums are very “in” right now and they’re a fabulous style for crossdressers and MTF transgender women.

A peplum is a short overskirt attached at the waistline of a top, dress, or jacket that’s perfect for covering a full belly. And thanks to the fit-and-flare styling, a peplum will also give you that sexy hourglass shape.

Trick #3: Avoid Bottoms That Sit Too Far Above or Below Your Waistline

waist line

If you have a big belly, the waistband of your skirt or pants should sit just below your belly button.

If the waistband is too high, it’ll look like your stomach is popping out below. If the waistband is too low, you’ll get the “muffin top” look.

Trick #4: Wear a Light Colored Jacket Over a Dark Top

white jacket
white blazer jacket

Wearing a light colored jacket over a dark top is a great way to downplay an ample tummy. The jacket conceals excess poundage while the dark color underneath makes your belly recede into the background.

For the best results, look for a jacket with some shape. Princess seams are especially feminine and flattering.

Trick #5: Downplay Belly Rolls With a Ruched Top

ruched top

Ruching (i.e. fabric that’s gathered along the seam line) is perfect for concealing an ample belly.

Unlike “flat” fabrics that reveal every bulge, ruching hides what’s underneath – including those dreaded belly rolls.

Trick #6: Just Say “NO” to Tight Clothes

cartoon woman in tight clothes

If your belly is your trouble spot, you definitely want to avoid wearing tight clothes.

Clothes that are too tight (including bras and panties) will dig in and create unsightly bulges – calling even more attention to the area.

Trick #7: Avoid Oversized Clothes

white oversize clothes
black oversize clothes

Just as you should avoid clothes that are too tight, neither do you want to wear clothes that are too loose. Trying to hide a big belly under an oversized top just makes you look bigger.

Instead, your most flattering option is clothes that skim – rather than drown – your midsection.

No more trouble spots

Looking your best as a woman is all about downplaying trouble spots while playing up your assets.

Use these tricks to solve your “tummy troubles” and then move on! It’s impossible for people to notice your flaws if they’re too busy looking at something else – like your sexy legs, breasts, or behind.

As always, I’d love to hear your thoughts!

How to Feminize Broad Shoulders MTF

I’m often asked how to minimize the look of broad shoulders. Fortunately, there’s lots you can do to downplay your shoulders and feminize your body proportions.

But first things first… Don’t feel bad about the size of your shoulders!

Many cisgender (genetic) women have broad shoulders – including some of the most beautiful models and celebrities in the world.

Instead, try these 10 tips and techniques to minimize your shoulders while creating an elegant and feminine look.

1. Find a Flattering Neckline

As a general rule, you should avoid square or horizontal necklines. Instead, opt for necklines with rounded or vertical lines to help soften and slim your shoulders. For example:

Neckline DOs

  • V-neck
  • Scoop neck
  • Halter tops
  • Thick shoulder straps
green long sleeved blouse
pink wrap around blouse
black sleeveless top

Neckline DON’Ts

  • Bateau neck
  • Square neck
  • Strapless or sleeveless tops
  • Spaghetti straps
red off shoulder blouse
tube top
white top with lacy neckline

2. Wear the Right Size Breast Forms

breast forms and white bra

Your breast forms should be large enough to balance out your shoulders. However, they shouldn’t be so big that they add excessive bulk to your upper body. Here are some guidelines for choosing a cup size:

  • If you have a small frame – choose a B or C cup.
  • If you have a medium frame – choose a C or D cup.
  • If you have a large frame – choose a D cup or larger.

3. Wear Darker Colors On Top

Dark colors have a slimming effect, so an easy way to balance your proportions is to wear dark colors on top and light colors on the bottom.

white denim shorts and dark blue top
light brown pants paired with white top and black blazer

4. Choose Your Sleeves Wisely

Sleeves can have a big impact (good or bad) on the appearance of your shoulders. Here are some suggestions:

  • Avoid sleeves that cut horizontally across your biceps.
  • Avoid puffy or ruffled sleeves.
  • Look for sleeves with a slimming diagonal cut.
  • 3/4 length sleeves are universally flattering.

5. Avoid Shoulder Pads

This tip is obvious. Shoulder pads are the last thing you need, so don’t be afraid to cut them out of your tops and jackets.

6. Distract With a Printed Bottom

Drawing people’s eyes away from your shoulders is a great distraction technique. Bring attention to your lower body with a printed or embellished bottom.

boho styled long skirt
black pants with silver print pattern

7. Wear Skirts That Flare Out

Skirts that flare out at the bottom help balance the width of your shoulders, creating a more feminine silhouette. Look for gathered, flared, pleated, and/or a-line skirts. Avoid strait skirts and fitted pants.

8. Choose the Right Jacket

When it comes to jackets, you should avoid broad collars and double breasted styles. Instead, opt for single breasted jackets with a narrow collar and lapels.

beige French trench coat
white lace blazer jacket

9. Know Your Best Necklace Length

long necklace

Long necklaces create vertical lines that help slim the upper body. Avoid short, chunky necklaces and chokers.

10. Find a Flattering Hairstyle

Yes, even the right hairstyle helps. Here are some guidelines:

  • Hair that falls above or below your shoulders is most flattering.
  • Avoid hairstyles that fall at exactly shoulder length.
  • Straight hair emphasizes the angles of your body and can make the shoulders look wider.
  • Full, wavy hair helps soften the shoulders and balances broader body proportions.

In conclusion

Never forget that you can look beautiful and feminine at any size or shape. The secret is to distract from so-called flaws while playing up your assets.

Male to Female Transformation Inspiration

Want to know the #1 secret to creating an alluring feminine image?

No, it’s not spending a bunch of money on breast forms, makeup, and clothes…

The secret lies in deciding WHAT you want your image to communicate!

A great way to do this is to choose 3 words that describe your ideal femme self.

For example, is she:

  • Sassy, sexy, and unexpected?
  • Bold, brainy, and beautiful?
  • Mysterious, stylish, and elegant?

If people are misjudging you, it’s probably because there’s a disconnect between your inner self and your outer image.

Knowing who you are (or who you want to be) is the secret to creating an image that reflects the TRUE you. This reflection includes the way you look, act, and communicate.

For example, if your femme self is classy, intelligent, and sensuous, you’ll know to “just say no” to that crotch length miniskirt!

Why only 3 words?

Because it forces you to focus on the essence of your feminine image. Any more than that and the message gets diluted.

So which 3 words describe your femme self?

Please share them with us below!

Love,

Jessica

Reasons Why It’s Not Too Late for MTF

As time goes by, it’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking that it’s “too late” for certain opportunities.

Have you ever thought that it’s too late for you to step out en femme, begin your transition, or simply look as beautiful and feminine as you feel on the inside?

I firmly believe that it’s NEVER too late to pursue your feminine dreams. No matter what your age or situation, there’s no better time than now to express your fab femme self.

Keep reading for 7 reasons why it’s NOT too late for your male to female transformation!

1. There Are More Positive Transgender Role Models Than Ever Before

From Laverne Cox (transgender actress and advocate) to Danica Roem (first transgender woman to win a state seat), there are more transgender women in the public eye than ever before. What better time to join these role models in spreading awareness?

2. With Age Comes Wisdom and Experience

Sure, we’d all love to look 22 forever. But age comes with some pretty great perks – namely wisdom and experience. There’s nothing that can’t benefit from a dose of wisdom and experience, including your male to female journey.

3. 50 is the New 30 and 70 is the New 50

Despite our youth obsessed society, there are so many gorgeous female icons in their 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, and beyond. Jennifer Lopez, Christie Brinkley, Helen Mirror, Raquel Welch, and countless others prove that there’s no expiration on beauty and femininity.

4. You Care Less About What Others Think

The older you get, the less you care about what others think of you. (Remember all those dramas in high school?) It’s incredibly liberating to let go of caring about the opinions of others.

5. These Pioneers Prove it’s Never Too Late to Reinvent Yourself

There are so many examples of people who started over and created amazing success later in life. Here are a few of my favorites:

  • Top designer Vera Wang began her fashion career at age 40.
  • Julia Child published her first book at age 39 and made her TV debut at age 51.
  • Laura Ingalls Wilder (author of “Little House on the Prairie”) published her first novel at age 65.
  • Anna Mary Robertson Moses (better known as Grandma Moses) began her painting career at age 78. In 2006, one of her paintings sold for $1.2 million.

6. It’s Better to Dare Than Have Regrets

One day you will look back at your life. Would you rather have lived fully (and perhaps rustled a few feathers in the process) or be filled with regrets? The choice is yours to make TODAY.

7. There are More Resources Than Ever Before

From transgender and crossdressing support groups, websites, books, and services – to specialized products and procedures – there are more resources than ever that can benefit your feminine transformation or transition.

In conclusion

I hope this short post has convinced you that NOW is the perfect time to pursue your feminine dreams – whatever that might mean for you. It is absolutely not too late!

I’d love to hear your thoughts on this topic, so please share a comment below!

Love,

Jessica
